
Scope: Installation of new Transmission conduits and joint bay as part of Sydney Metro Enabling Works, including relocation of existing HV and PW assets to achieve alignment.
Total Length: 600m
Key Challenges: Traffic management in a congested, high industrial area, including client and stakeholder management to ensure necessary productivity for the client to meet project-wide milestones.
Result: The works have been successfully completed and continue to meet program objectives, thanks to effective planning, staging, and optimization of allowed working times. Onsite management has been executed with a hands-on approach, and collaborative problem-solving with client representatives has been key to overcoming challenges. Road and Rail have been recognized on a project-wide level for implementing an above-the-line approach to safety.
